Our team are highly motivated people, they actively participate in regular workshops  and further training courses such as CISRS registered courses, confined space training, rescue training and behavioural training and by this continuous development along with our approach to Health & Safety we believe our motivated workforce have the skills, knowledge and confidence to deliver a quality service where safety is paramount.

It is our goal to achieve clear and definite standards of ethical behaviour throughout all areas of our business. We are passionate in our responsibility for creating wider benefits both within and around our business and endeavour to make our impact a positive one, which improves the lives of others and reduces the risk of harm to people and the environment.  We continue to support organisations and activities within the communities we work.  

We carry out a wide spectrum of training on a regular basis to ensure our team have the skills, knowledge and confidence to carry out all works safety, every member of our team receives an individual training review where specific training is identified and planned for the coming year, such as  CISRS registered courses, confined space training and rescue training.

We are extremely passionate about our safe system of work and we will continue to invest in our workforce to ensure they have the skills, knowledge and confidence to deliver a quality service safely.

 

Training

At Triple J Scaffolding training is vital to ensure our workforce have the skills, knowledge and experience to carry out even the most complex of projects whilst ensuring safety is paramount.

 

We have an ongoing apprenticeship scheme in which we bring through young school leavers providing them with external CISRS accredited training from licensed training centres as well as our in house training. Throughout their apprenticeship they receive mentoring and experience at site level as well as other areas of our business.

Our employees carry out a wide spectrum of accredited training courses ranging from courses such as asbestos management, asbestos awareness, first aid, scaffold inspection, rescue training, IPAF, confined space, banksman, TG4:11, SG6, working at height, SG4, TG20, water hygiene and behavioural training.
